In September 2020 Norland CE Primary School and St Mary’s CE Primary School became a Federation of 2 Christian Schools with one vision and ambition for all, with children at the heart of everything we do. Through forgiveness, friendship, hope and trust, we aim to provide the best educational experience so that together we can believe and achieve and every pupil, and member of staff, through support and challenge, can be the best that they can be.
As Executive Headteacher I am privileged to work as part of the Federation with great teams of Governors, staff, pupils and parents. We are committed to a partnership of schools and families and invested in fostering a life-long love of learning in our children and our staff. We pride ourselves on being a caring, supportive, friendly, open federation where all members of our community take part in driving our schools forward, together.
We aim to offer a broad, rich, relevant and engaging curriculum that is personalised, leading to excellent progress and attainment for everyone. A curriculum that offers our pupils the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge, academically, emotionally and socially, with high expectations, that prepare them for life in a diverse and ever changing world.
Our dedicated team of staff work together to ensure that learning is fun, engaging and challenging and that school is safe, information is shared and up to date, and hopefully you will find our Federation pages and individual school websites a place for communication and a wealth of information to find out everything you need to know about our schools.
